Can Nardi products be used outdoors?
Nardi makes products for outdoor use that are designed to withstand the sun, rain, high and low temperatures, but not to withstand extreme or exceptional weather conditions. Any padded elements are to be regarded separately from those listed above.

What is the maximum weight that your chairs can withstand?
Nardi chairs are tested by CATAS, an external certification body that tests products in compliance with EU legislative directives. If used properly, all Nardi chairs can withstand up to 160 kg, and some models can withstand up to 200 kg. Please contact us for further. information.
What does the warranty cover and how long is it valid?
Nardi protects its products exclusively against manufacturing defects with a 2-year warranty valid from the date of purchase.
Can Nardi products be customised?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to Nardi products, as they are mass-produced according to standard processes and therefore cannot be customized.

How do I make a complaint?
To make a complaint, please contact the dealer or sales representative (agent) from whom you purchased the product to explain the problem and, if possible, show photos or pictures as proof of the damage. Any other means of direct contact with the company (telephone, direct e-mails, social media, etc...) will not be considered valid for the complaint procedure and will not be handled in any way.
How long does it take to process a complaint?
The time required to process a complaint depends on the type of complaint. We have recently computerised our in-house complaints handling process to be faster and more efficient.
